Average of highest 7 out of nine quizzes

I give nine quizzes during the term . I need to average the best 7 scores out of 9 quiz scores. The maximum score on each quiz is 15. I use Excel 2013 to keep the data in adjacent cells. I was trying to use the sum and small functions but I am just not getting it. Could someone help me out.

I am using Office 2013.
