Vlookup is not functioning

Greetings.
I am having difficulties at VLOOKUP Function. when I inter the function it is not working. See attached file
Could you please help me?

Change your formula to:

=VLOOKUP(55555,B1:C4,2,FALSE)

Lookup value must be in the leftmost column.
