Windows 10 alt+enter issue , short cut not working

alt+enter issue , short cut not working

In excel I use alt+enter to go down to the next line in a cell. This function no longer works.

Instead it number pop up on the ribbon. See image attached.

How can I fix this issue so the alt+enter works again.
