Default form help in Excel

I don't know if this is possible but...

I have designed a form that is filled out daily by a Nurse Supervisor. Part of the information entered becomes data for a chart in a report. I need to keep a copy of the daily information entered. I would like to do this without creating a form for each day. any help would be appreciated.

Hey NEHicks,

This seems like a simple problem. You can simply create links from the page you have to the page you need and your problem should be solved.

If you need any further help, please feel free to contact me.

Chaitanya
