form help in Excel
I don't know if this is possible but...
I have designed a form that is filled out daily by a Nurse Supervisor. Part of the information entered becomes data for a chart in a report. I need to keep a copy of the daily information entered. I would like to do this without creating a form for each day. any help would be appreciated.
