Default Need Multiple Formulas Pulled from a data chart

Job Ty Dept 1 Dept 2 Margin

Internal Person A Person 1 24.00%
Internal Person B Person 2 10.00%
External Person C Person 3 25.00%
External Person D Person 4 15.00%
External Person E Person 5 10.00%

I have an excel chart like above and I need to pull multiple items from the chart and have it calculate the averages.

So First off I will need a formula to total the Internal Jobs and then Average, External Jobs then Average.

Secondly I need to get the average margins for each individual in Dept 1 and the same average for the personnel in dept 2. Is there a formula or chart I can create to pull the margins just for each individual?
