Default Solver Add-in to find max performance

Hello,
I am in need of some assistance with the Solver function in Excel. We are trying to find where we should place employees to maximize the performance of all four jobs?

Each employee is rated on the ability to perform each job.

Job A requirements: minimum performance: 25%, minimum experience 0, minimum staff 10, and maximum performance is 100%.
Job B requirements: minimum performance: 60%, minimum experience 0, minimum staff 8, and maximum performance is 100%.
Job C requirements: minimum performance: 47%, minimum experience 0, minimum staff 6, and maximum performance is 100%.
Job D requirements: minimum performance: 37%, minimum experience 6, minimum staff 6, and maximum performance is 100%.

Not sure how to use solver to do this. I know how to use goal seeker but need to account for constraints.

Hi and welcome,
please do not crosspost your question on multiple forums without including links here to the other threads on other forums.

Cross-posting is when you post the same question in other forums on the web. The last thing you want to do is waste people's time working on an issue you have already resolved elsewhere. We prefer that you not cross-post at all, but if you do (and it's unlikely to go unnoticed), you MUST provide a link (copy the url from the address bar in your browser) to the cross-post.

We are here to help so help us to help you!

Read this to understand why we ask you to do this, and then please edit your first post to include links to any and all cross-posts in any other forums (not just this site).
