I am trying to create a timesheet for our department that tracks events and team members working the events. I would like to add up the hours at the end of the week, but no matter what I do the amount of time summed does not equal the amount of hours for the week.
I have an IN and an OUT column and I am subtracting the times (OUT-IN) and that works but when I go to add all of the columns together to get a weekly total, the total hours is incorrect. I have formatted the cells for hh:mm and have tried using AM/PM and military time and I can not get it to work. I have attached a copy of my spreadsheet. Any help is greatly appreciated. Renny |

Instead of hh:mm you should use [hh]:mm
