Default Help with Vlookup

Hi everyone,

So I am trying to cross reference a list (A) with another list (B). Now the thing is, having used Vlookup and got some N/A results, I realised the text (names) in list A do not exactly match those in list B. They have been entered differently, for instance, a cell in list A has London pier, UK whereas the cell in list B has London pier.

Please is there any means of matching these cells using a formula?

Thanks
