In response to your question about not understanding the text you highlighted in RED.
My apologies as I shortened the original spreadsheet before I posted it and did not change the cell reference numbers from M34 to M18, etc.. to correspond with the shortened sheet. I reviewed the document you sent and it does exactly what I was looking for! Thank you for your help and for being an expert at Excel. You have now made my life much easier
