I am looking for a formula or way in excel that I can input the amount of hours, pieces per hour and it gives me a percentage of how close I was to hitting the expected goal. For example- I need 13 pieces done per hour, so that is 100% of my goal per hour. So I would like to be able to put in that I worked 4 hours, and did 78 pieces of work for a total of 185%.
