Activate the chart.
Right click and Select Data. Choose Start and press Edit. Change the Series Values reference as required. OK. Same procedure for Duration. If you un-merge row 3 and 4, put your headings in B4:E4 and make B4:E24 an Excel Table the chart will automatically adjust in case of more tasks.
