Please help.

I have designed a mastersheet and would like to have some help as below:

1. The length of contact number for different counties varies. For Example UAE has 11 digit phone number with country (9714401234567) and Saudo Arabia as 12 (966111234567).

I have a drop down list of countries. I want the contact number column to accept not less / more than the digits specified for each country.

For example: If I select Country UAE, the contact number field should only accept not less or more than 11 digits.
If I select Saudi Arabia the contact number cell should automatically accept not less or more than 12 digits.

I have attached the file for your reference. Currently I have added a validation in Contact Number column that can only accept min and max 11 digits.
