Limit data input to each cell in a column

In an Excel worksheet I need to limit the input in a cell for each row of data
The column header is "Unit Of Measure". Allowable inputs in each row would be "Kg", "Each", "Liter" etc
No other inputs are allowed.

What is the best way to achieve this?

Use data validation so you can limit the choices.
