Hi, I'm new to the forum so looking forward to both learning and contributing to this community where I can.
I am a bit stumped into how I can construct a formula to pull data from a data extract and have it populate a pre determined output template using the most efficient method. I have tried various ways using index and match and vlookup but to no real avail without going overboard. Can somebody give me some pointers please? Attached is a sample of data I am working with and an output required |
