New Worksheet opens with "Text Import Wizard"

Default New Worksheet opens with "Text Import Wizard"

Created a new 2017 worksheet but each time I open the worksheet it first displays a "Text Import Worksheet" window.



If I cancel this window my worksheet appears.

What can I do to eliminate this window?
