Spellcheck in front

I'm testing a PowerBuilder-application that will use Office 2017 In some parts.

For example, we use the spellcheck from Excel for certain columns.
No problem in Office 2007, but now with 2016 it starts but the window is behind the application. Any idea of how to make it up in the front?
