Please guide how to create a borderline for fixed consumption to detect higher and lower usage in monthly basis.

Attached spreadsheet..refer to sheet Overall monthly usage and usage by forklift.

First of all you should get rid of the circular reference you have in sheet FEB 16 cell A35.
You cannot have a formula referring to the same cell as the formula resides in.

And then it is not at all clear to me what you mean by:

Do you intend to show 12 months for each forklift etc.?

Yes i am trying to create a 12 months statistic on consumption and 12 months diesel usage for each forklift.

The border line i meant was actually the average or a line to indicate whether a forklift has over or under filled from the allowed quantity.

In my opinion this is too much data to have in one single chart.

Maybe the attached can be of some use, I don't know.

I have deleted the last sheet in order not to exceed the limit of 500 kb when uploading.
