There is no reference to hyperlinks in your first post but your thread title 'Open an existing sheet by clicking on a cell in a master sheet' suggests that's what you were after.
As for having your values auto-update on your 'master' sheet, that's just a matter of using the correct formula. If those sheets have the totals in a named range or at the top of the sheet, it's just a matter of inserting a simple formula to reference the named range or the appropriate cell; otherwise, you'd need a formula that, for example, finds the last-used row and returns the value from there. Without knowing your workbook's structure, it's impossible to be more specific.
