What value you want in column C if you want A1 value then follow below
=IF(OR(AND(A1=1,A1=2,A1=3),B1<>10),A1,0) if you want B1 value then follow below =IF(OR(AND(A1=1,A1=2,A1=3),B1<>10),B1,0)
