Unhappy "Vlookup" to search in multiple columns

Hello. I usually use vlookup to search in one column, but I need my function to search in multiple columns. How can I do that.

I usually would use

=vlookup(G2,Sheet8!K:L,2,false)

but instead of just looking in column K and displaying what is in column L, i need to searching in columns D to K and then display what is in column L.

Thank you in advance,
