Default Excel 2016 line chart shows 2 erroneous (zero) data points in x axis. How to remove them?

I'm charting blood pressure for my MD as a 90-day project. Everything functions and displays perfectly except for two separate x axis data points that plunge the charted blood pressure lines to zero (but I'm not dead yet). How can I remove those two mysterious entries? They' don't appear inthe files data table.
