If no one has any other solutions for you:
I've not encountered this error, so I googled it. I see there are several sites saying they can resolve it. Since I've not tried any of them, I can recommend one over the other, but I'm sure if you read two or three possible solutions, you'll see what you need to do. |

Thanks for that suggestion - I've tried most of the solutions I could find to no avail. Most of the rest were offering a software download solution which I'm skeptical about - they seem to just be selling PC diagnostics.
The only thing that seems to work is if I start it in safe mode - which now works after several re-boots. But I don't now know what to do with that.... The issue as on the error message is to do with 'loading the C runtime library incorrectly'. |
