It would be nice of you if you gave just a tiny response as to whether you could use my answer, and if not - why? Lack of any response is about the worst of all. As an Expert I think you should know that. |

I'm sorry. It's not proper manner to reply so late to people like you helping random guys. I'm really sorry work's been so busy that I could hardly post here. Really sorry.
A few days ago I tested it in the workplace. The problem is at home (Excel 2010) it (conditional formatting) works but in Excel 2007, the formatting doesn't. |

Can you use the attached which has been set up in Excel 2007.

Are you talking about the red highlighted cell? If so, then it works in my workplace (Excel 2007). Thank you for your solution.
It seems that structured referencing does not work in the conditional formatting in Excel 2007. |
