I have a worksheet with the top row showing 12 districts (1-12), and under each district column I have the name of the corresponding counties.
Now, I am making a worksheet that allows the user to select a district (1-12) which--in turn--will trigger the list of the corresponding counties for selection.

How do I do that?

I did create one unique cell on my worksheet that the user can click and pick among nearly 60 counties. I don't like this since I want my users to learn which counties are under which district, and ultimately minimize their search time.
