Hello Corca,
I have attached a proposal for solution. In the solution I assume that you always enter (cell b9, b10) the highest value per row. If you can also select second the highest value, the solution needs to be built up differently (if that is the case, please inform me more about the logic of your data, and I will try to fix a new solution for you).
