How To Move Focus From VLOOKUP Result to Report Sheet

I don't understand the sequence of events. I suppose you enter some data in the report sheet which draws data form the other sheets. Why should the focus then be on these other sheet(s) ?

Sorry if I have not made it clear, maybe I have mis used the word Focus.

I think I may have got myself a bit lost. I will try and cut the file to a decent size and upload so you can see what I am after, but unable to do so until later in the week.
