I am trying to template specific text to be used in a Word document.
I have set it up so that depending on what the user selects from a drop down box, the relevant templated text appears for that selection. However, the templated text has areas which the user needs to manually go in and change to what is appropriate for the situation. How would I go about making this happen? The best thing that I can think of is to have the formula off to the side, and make the user copy and paste the text the formula returns you into a text box, where you can then edit the text. I have also noticed the colour coding of specific parts of the text (the part the user has to manually change) doesn't come through with the formula. |
