Default PDF conversion path issue

Hi,

I am recently having a small problem when converting my Excel sheet to PDF format. The issue is that for work reasons when I convert the document to PDF the file path appears at the bottom of the page in PDF which is fine except that instead of naming which drive the file was converted from it just gives
D:\Folder-Main\Sub-Folder-A\PDF Conversions\FILE.xls

instead of:

Business Drive:\Folder-Main\Sub-Folder-A\PDF Conversions\FILE.xls

I once saw someone convert pdf in this manner but it has been a long time and I tried googling this but not sure if I am getting the keywords right.

Can anyone help me with this issue? Thanks!

Note: I have windows 7 and Office 2010
