I think I am missing the wood for the trees here, and going to kick myself when someone tells me the answer.
First question- As part of a tracking system in MS Project, a sheet is generated that gives each task a rating (say 1-10). This is the seed value, column A. I need to separate these based on the seed value, into those with values of 1, 2-4, 5-7, and 8-10, which I can do (columns E-H). What I then need to do is transfer these values to a column without the 0 values. I have shown what I mean in columns J-M. The task names need to remain in the same order as the original sequence, so I cant just sort. Thanks in advance
