Default Add workdays to start date, inluding saturdays and holidays

Hello everybody,
I am working with Excel 2007 and Wjndows Vista
I need to calculate the end date, having the start date and workdays. I also have a holidays range.
Before the second of October 2016, Saturday is a working day, after this date, Saturday will be considered as a not working day.
For example
In sheet WORKS
START DATE A1: 07/01/2016
WORKING DAY B1; 30
In sheet HOLIDAYS CALENDAR
Range C8:C23:F8:F11
Range C8:C23 Range F8:F11
C8 01/01/2016
C9 06/01/2016
C10 24/03/2016
C11 25/03/2016
C12 01/05/2016
C13 17/05/2016
C14 24/06/2016
C15 25/07/2016
C16 15/08/2016
C17 12/10/2016
C18 01/11/2016

C19 06/12/2016
C20 08/12/2016
C21
C22
C23
F8 08/02/2016
F0 04/04/2016
