A1 has yesterdays date. i.e. 1/9/2016 12:00pm
A2 has yesterdays date. i.e. 1/9/2016 2:15pm
A3 has yesterdays date. i.e. 1/9/2016. 3:30pm
A4 has yesterdays date. i.e. 1/9/2016 5:30pm

This for legal work: cannot legally work more than 8 hours in a 24 hour rolling period.
A5 would have todays date. 1/10/2016 8:15am ( this cell would do the calculation to show what date and time it would be legal to start).
Any help or idea would be greatly appreciated
A1 is a start date and time
A2 is an end date and time
A3 is another start date and time
A4 is another start date and time
Total time working is 4:15.
Usual block times are 4:00
So, the next day i have scheduled a block from 08:00am till 12:00pm.
In 24 hours i would have worked 8:15.
The formula i need help with would show my legal start time is 1/10/2016 8:15am. The block would be 08:15am till 12:15 pm.
I appreciate you looking into this to help me
