I know this got put down on the list, resurrecting. Anybody have an idea.
A1 has yesterdays date. i.e. 1/9/2016 12:00pm
A2 has yesterdays date. i.e. 1/9/2016 2:15pm
A3 has yesterdays date. i.e. 1/9/2016. 3:30pm
A4 has yesterdays date. i.e. 1/9/2016 5:30pm

This for legal work: cannot legally work more than 8 hours in a 24 hour rolling period.
A5 would have todays date. 1/10/2016 8:15am ( this cell would do the calculation to show what date and time it would be legal to start).
Any help or idea would be greatly appreciated
