You could try using a shorter name...

That looks to me more like a custom header, viewed in 'Page Layout' mode, than a Range name (which would not normally display that way).

I finally constate that the text appears with a zoom level <40% and than disappear above this number. Could you confirm this aspect?

Without seeing a worksheet containing your content, it's impossible to be certain what the issue is. If you could attach one to a post (minus any data you don't want to share) and say what view settings you're using, further advice should be possible. You can attach a file to a post via the paperclip symbol on the 'Go Advanced' tab at the bottom of this screen.

It is an Excel function that if you zoom below 40%, named ranges (if they are more than one cell) appear on the sheet. I think the only way to prevent that is to set the Visible property of the names to False.
