Nope. IIF is an Access function. IF is the Excel Function. Other than that:

* the parentheses around b2="XYZ" are superfluous
* there is no ELSE option in the formula
* the ," at the end will cause an error
* the whole thing looks like a kludge

No idea what you are trying to accomplish.
