Trying to get value from second sheet based on a cell

Thanks, I quickly wrote some sample data to see if I was doing it correctly and I was so I think the problem is with the columns of data. The result I am after is formatted as general and the source data is formatted as text - would this result in #N/A? And if so how would I over come it?
