I had no idea they changed that option so significantly. That doesn't look anything like the dialog in 2010. I did a little googling on the topic and surprisingly nothing turned up at all so all I can conclude at this point is that they removed that bit of functionality perhaps thinking that they thought it didn't add any utility over moving them manually.

Sorry about assuming it was the same. I should not have weighed in. Hopefully someone with 2013 will. In the meantime, I will try and redeem myself with a bit more research. I will be upgrading eventually. Looks like another significant learning curve.

One thing I've found is this free add in that assists the manual placement.
