I am looking for help on formatting individual names in a list based upon whether the names are used elsewhere in the same document. I am using Excel as a schedule. I have the schedule set up with the job, crew, equipment, etc. for each day of the week. Under each day, I would like to have a list of all employees and format those names based upon whether the person is listed in the schedule on that day. How I would like it to work would be that if the person is listed above in the schedule that given day, strikethrough formatting is applied to that person's name in the employee list under that given day. If the person is not scheduled for a given day, I would like no strikethrough applied to the name in the list for that day. I appreciate any help that could be provided.
