Default Keying in to Excel 2013 is slow

Hi,

I recently switched from Excel 2003 to Excel 2013. It takes a very long time for text or numbers to appear on screen after keying them in to Excel 2013. I run Windows 7 64 bit.
Please help

That suggests there are other processes running on your system that are dragging down its performance; it's nothing to do with Excel 2013, per se.
