Default Which formula ???

Hi

I have an excel sheet with Column a being a name.
Column B is a title
Some Names have 2 titles and some have 3 or 4.
The titles are put on separate rows.
I can use the concatenate formula to merge the rows but the list is very long and Id like a formula to, say
Pick which Column (name) has 2 rows then apply concatenate formula One
Pick which Column (name) has 3 rows then apply concatenate forumla two.

Etc ....... any ideas would be most appreciated.....

Thanks, well that's my problem. Because when I look at the "attach" it asks for a URL and I don't have that - it's on my desk top .

Found it !!!
So the first column Mary has 2 Jobs
John has 2 Jobs
Greg has 3 Jobs
Paul has 2 jobs

I want to get them into the same column (see second attachment).
But want a formula (if there is one) that knows "if 2 rows then XYZ ... then concatate to column C
If 3 rows (Greg) then XYZ and concatate to column C
