Default nested ifs or match / choose

Good morning.

I understand. I'm a newby at this. The columns are figures based upon choices.

I need to be able to choose a criteria: Plan A, Plan B, Or Plan C. Under those headings I need to be able to choose Age: 18-65. And under each age I need to choose EE (employee only) or ES (Employee and spouse).

Given those choices it brings back a figure, which are represented by the columns: AGE, EE-A,EE + SP-A and so on.

I've tried to use vlookup for example using =IF(C9="A", and so on.

I'm sure this is a simple formula, but I'm having problems figuring out how to express it and be able to allow for 3 different inputs/criteria.

Any ideas? maybe an example where I might be able to figure it out?
