I can't tell if you copied the exact formula that gives you problems, but I get concerned with long named ranges and dealing with spaces.
Project_and_ BAU_PriorityColumn,"<>Med" . . . has a space after and_ Project_and_BAU_Status_ Column,"<>Completed" . . . . has a space after Status_
