Quick way of Hyperlinking onto a spreadsheet

Hi

I have a spreadsheet that I use too email out pdf attachments to around 60 colleagues each month. The task of right clicking and attaching the hyperlink is quite long winded when I have to do this around 60 times.

I am looking for a faster way to do this. Would appreciate any help on this.

The hyperlink is to the colleagues' email addresses?
You can highlight all the cells containing the email addresses (row or column), copy and paste into the "To:" field. At least, this works for Gmail. Not sure about other email programs.

Sorry, I did not explain clearly. The Pdf's are individual, so in the first column I have the name of the person followed by their email address in Col: B, then finally the Hyperlinks to the Pdf files in Col:C.
The Pdf's are all different a relate to the individual recipient.

Its the Hyperlinking which I do manually that takes time. Hope this is more clear.

I'm not an expert so this is a band-aid suggestion: name the new PDF files the same name every time? Same hyperlink address. So you would need to move the previous files to a new location to get them out of the picture. Replace them with the new files that are named the same.

As I said, I'm not an expert.
