![]() Hi I have a spreadsheet that I use too email out pdf attachments to around 60 colleagues each month. The task of right clicking and attaching the hyperlink is quite long winded when I have to do this around 60 times. I am looking for a faster way to do this. Would appreciate any help on this. Thanks Tony |

You can highlight all the cells containing the email addresses (row or column), copy and paste into the "To:" field. At least, this works for Gmail. Not sure about other email programs. |

Sorry, I did not explain clearly. The Pdf's are individual, so in the first column I have the name of the person followed by their email address in Col: B, then finally the Hyperlinks to the Pdf files in Col:C. The Pdf's are all different a relate to the individual recipient. Its the Hyperlinking which I do manually that takes time. Hope this is more clear. Tony |

I'm not an expert so this is a band-aid suggestion: name the new PDF files the same name every time? Same hyperlink address. So you would need to move the previous files to a new location to get them out of the picture. Replace them with the new files that are named the same.
As I said, I'm not an expert. ![]() |
