Post Worksheets undocking on their own, Can't Redock... Help

I am into areas of Excel I've never dealt with. . I have created a Workbook for my team with about 12 individual worksheets. For some reason, the worksheets are coming undocked when I email them. The workbook is protected, Only 2 of the worksheets are unhidden. The worksheets are also protected, leaving only 3 columns of cells unlocked so the recipient can fill it in and return it to me. But when they get the email, they open it and it's undocked and many of them can't even see the window as it's moved below their screen. I have gone into the code and it's still checked as docking. I am saving it as a Macro Enabled Workbook, but there really aren't any macros in the workbook. Lots of data validation, but I've used that a lot before and never had this issue. I have no idea what I've done to create this situation. Please any help would be created.
