I'm not following you. What data is not "maintained"? For example, there are several records for Hussein Aboulezz. So far as I can see, the only difference among all the records is the "Excel Contact Serial Number".

You are selecting the whole table when you remove duplicates, right? Not just the first and last names.

If I use the Remove Duplicates, only one record remains for this contact. This record has all the same data that every other record had save for this one field. Only the first instance of this, 147, is kept.
