Default Capital T becomes bold automatically how do I turn this off

I am using Excel 2003. Whenever I type a capital T it automatically goes bold. How can I turn this off?

Check your autocorrect settings. I don't know if it's possible to autocorrect formatting as you say but let's start with that.

File>Options>Proofing
