Office Compatibility Pack - will not open xlsx
I am running XP with Office 2003 ona desktop. I downloaded the Compatibility Pack for Office 2007 on an Admin account and had no problems opening an XLSX file.
When the non-admin user logged on they were unable to open the XLSX file. The error message stated "This file is not a recognisable format". Since then, I did a test elevation of the user to the Administrators group, still the problem is not resolved. Any ideas?
