Hi,
I need some help with printing a spreadsheet in A3. The spreadsheet is 57 Columns by 44 Rows. I want to print this on a single sheet and in Landscape mode.....and then be able to read it! Whilst I can set the Print Options in A3, the output is less than satisfactory as the print is confined to the upper part of the sheet and is leaving about a 1/3 to a 1/4 of the page unused. Using the bottom 1/3 or 1/4 will make it much easier to read the print. I have changed margins to narrow and made each Row abd Column as small as possible. The spreadsheet is being produced using Excel 2003 and is on a network. The question therefore is how to force the output to use the whole page or at least most of it? Grateful for some advice and guidance. Thanks |
