Default How to make left most column and top most row visible when i scroll

Hi there,
My Excel file contains Two many columns(25) and rows(55). So i need to scroll vertical for seeing last Row and scroll horizontal for seeing last Column. When i scroll vertical, i want to see the top most row visible. And when i scroll horizontal, i need to see the left most column visible. How can i do it. Please help. Thanks in advance.
