Thank you Gebobs, that worked. I have always highlighted the colums of figures and then gone to Insert Graph even going back to the days of Lotus 1-2-3, Works Spreadsheet and early versions of Windows Excel, in fact the older versions of Excel did what you expected them to do, but this 'ribbon' system only seems to concentrate on making a pretty picture and tends to be a bit hairy fairy to my liking.
You feel like a real muppet not being able to construct a simple graph, when you have been doing it for 25 years with older systems. Thank you for your help. |
